16 de jul. de 2012 · David ‘Pick’ Withers came into the world in 1948 in the East Midlands city of Leicester – not exactly the swing-capital of post-war UK, but not entirely without its own ambiguous musical opportunities. For Pick, his discovery of drums can be traced back to the Boy’s Brigade marches he witnessed as a child in 1950’s Leicester.
