Pia Mariane Sundhage (s. 13. helmikuuta 1960) on ruotsalainen jalkapallovalmentaja ja entinen jalkapalloilija. Hän on valmentanut Yhdysvaltain naisten maajoukkuetta vuosina 2007–2012 ja Ruotsin naisten maajoukkuetta joulukuusta 2012 vuoden 2017 EM-kilpailuihin saakka. Nykyään Sundhage valmentaa Brasilian naisten maajoukkuetta.
