Phyllis Margaret Logan, född 11 januari 1956 i Paisley i Skottland, är en brittisk skådespelare. [1]Logan är mest känd för sina roller i TV som Lady Jane Felsham i Lovejoy och som Mrs Hughes i Downton Abbey.Hennes mest kända roller i film är bland andra Monica Purley i Mike Leighs film Hemligheter och lögner från 1996 och Janie i Michael Radfords film Another Time, Another Place.

Phyllis Logan studia alla Johnstone High School di Johnstone, Renfrewshire, e al Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, dove si diploma con la James Bridie Gold Metal nel 1977. Dopo essersi diplomata, entra nel Dundee Repertory Theatre , che lascia nel 1979 per lavorare in un teatro di Edimburgo , prendendo anche parte regolarmente a diversi programmi televisivi scozzesi.
