Philip Charles Testa (April 21, 1924 – March 15, 1981), also known as "The Chicken Man", was an Italian-American mobster known for his brief leadership of the Philadelphia crime family of the Italian-American Mafia.
Philip Testa was an Italian–American mafia boss who led the infamous Philadelphia crime family of the U.S. from 1980 till his murder in 1981. It is believed Philip was born in Sicily and later moved to the U.S. with his parents.

Bruno was succeeded as boss by his loyal friend, Philip "The Chicken Man" Testa; however, within a year of Bruno's murder, Testa was also murdered, killed in a nail bomb explosion in 1981. When the dust settled from Bruno and Testa's deaths, Nicodemo "Little Nicky" Scarfo emerged as boss of the crime family.
