Phil Goff. Philip Bruce Goff CNZM [1] (born 22 June 1953) is a New Zealand politician and diplomat. He currently serves as High Commissioner of New Zealand to the United Kingdom since 2023. He was a member of the New Zealand Parliament from 1981 to 1990 and again from 1993 to 2016.

Philip Gough is a guitarist, singer-songwriter, film score composer, music producer and engineer. Phil has played in the bands, Novacaine (1996–1997), Bow Wow Wow (1999–2009), English Beat (2014), Common Sense (2001–present). As a composer Gough has scored several films and television programs.
Philip Goff is a British author, idealist philosopher, and professor at Durham University whose research focuses on philosophy of mind and consciousness. [1] . Specifically, it focuses on how consciousness can be part of the scientific worldview.
Phil has toured England, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand and most of North America with 2-tone legend, “Dave Wakeling and The English Beat”. Phil also has been a member of “Bow Wow Wow” and recorded and performed with French pop star, “David Hallyday”.
