As an institution in the Paulist Community, St. Peter’s Juniorate, our minor seminary, located on South Chapelgate Lane on the edge of Baltimore, did not last long. Begun in the late 1920s, it was closed in 1967; it’s property was sold to the city of Baltimore shortly after that.
