Paul Winter (Altoona, de Pensilvania, 31 de agosto de 1939) es un músico estadounidense especializado en el saxofón soprano; también toca el alto. También es compositor musical, ha dirigido varias exitosas bandas musicales, fue pionero de la llamada música mundial, y fundó su propio sello de discos, llamado Living Music. [1]

Guitarist Doug Sanders and drummer Paul Wincer reunited to play a one-off gig as The Lambrettas at the "Modrophenia '79" event in Brighton on 15 August 2009, with Doug Sanders taking over vocal duties. Joining them were guitarist Philip Edwards and Chris Venzi-James on bass.

Founding vocalist Jez Bird sadly died in 2008. The Lambrettas have recently re-formed with two of the original members, Doug Sanders and Paul Wincer who have been joined by Phil Edwards, Ant Wellman, Dan Rehahn and Richard Anstey. They have been gigging in venues across the UK. RIP Jez and all the best to the new Lambrettas line up.
