Paul Douglas Webb (born 16 January 1962), [1] also known by the stage name Rustin Man, is an English musician. He was the bassist for the English band Talk Talk . Biography. Webb attended The Deanes School in Thundersley, Essex, with drummer Lee Harris, and they became good friends.
