Patrick Sky (born Patrick Linch; October 2, 1940 – May 26, 2021) was an American musician, folk singer, songwriter, and record producer. He was noted for his album Songs That Made America Famous (1973).

Singer-songwriter Patrick Sky, a mainstay of the Greenwich Village folk music community in the mid-’60s, died May 27, 2021, in Asheville, N.C. His death was confirmed by fellow musician Eric Andersen, who noted that Sky had been in hospice care. The cause was Parkinson’s disease, prostate cancer and bone cancer. Sky was 77.
Patrick Sky was the lone Southerner in the Greenwich Village folk music revival of the late 1950s and the 1960s. He was an enigmatic performer and a master of many traditional instruments.
