31 de ene. de 2017 · PATRIC is a database and analysis platform for bacterial genomes, transcriptomes, proteomes and pathosystems. It provides integrated data, tools and comparisons for over 80 000 bacterial species, including E. coli, M. tuberculosis and B. fibrosa.
Specifically, PATRIC provides scientists with (i) a comprehensive bacterial genomics database, (ii) a plethora of associated data relevant to genomic analysis, and (iii) an extensive suite of computational tools and platforms for bioinformatics analysis.
