『 PANIC ATTACK 』（パニック・アタック）は、日本の ロックバンド である UNICORN の2枚目の オリジナル・アルバム 。 1988年 7月21日 に CBSソニー からリリースされた。 前作『 BOOM 』（1987年）よりおよそ9か月ぶりにリリースされた作品であり、作詞・作曲はほぼ全曲で 奥田民生 が担当しているが、一部の曲で 堀内一史 および 川西幸一 、 手島いさむ が作詞もしくは作曲を担当している。 プロデューサーは前作に引き続き 笹路正徳 が担当している他、前作でディレクターであった 河合マイケル がプロデューサーとして参加している。
