Retshegofaditswe 'Tshego' Nché – more commonly referred to as Ox Nché – (born 23 July 1995) is a South African rugby union player for the Sharks in the United Rugby Championship and the South African national team the Springboks. His regular position is prop, and he is one of the world’s most revered scrummagers .

He was born in Bloemfontein, did a degree in Geography and Statistics, and got his nickname from his scrummaging skills. He started his career at the Cheetahs and made his Test debut in 2018. He also played for the Junior Boks and the Springbok A side.
