The album basically represents an 'anthology' sound-wise of all that Hackett has previously done, except maybe the first and last tracks, but then 'Fire on the moon' and 'Last train to Istanbul' have a familiar quality to them.
The reviews I'd read about 'Out Of The Tunnel's Mouth' had been so good, I felt inclined to invest in a copy. I'm glad I did, ... Steve Hackett has simply got better and better in the 30 years of his solo career and must be one of the most under-rated people on the contemporary musical scene. 1 de jun. de 2010 · USA. Due for release October 5th, Steve Hackett's Out of the Tunnel's Mouth (his new studio album) has been delayed. Without getting into his personal or business issues, one can only assume its over legal issues since Steve has quite a bit of that going on right now. Its unfortunate since its probably the best album he's done in years.
