Jacobus Petrus "Os" du Randt (born 8 September 1972) is a former South African rugby union loosehead prop who retired as the most-capped forward in the history of the Springboks (a record since surpassed by John Smit, Victor Matfield and Tendai Mtawarira).

Os du Randt is one of the toughest scrummagers the game has ever seen. Although his career was blighted by injuries, he won the Rugby World Cup with South Africa twice and was inducted into the World Rugby Hall of Fame in 2019. For most of his domestic career, Os du Randt represented the Free State Cheetahs in the Currie Cup.
