15 de may. de 2021 · These instructions Installation — Orfeo ToolBox 7.2.0 documentation are not clear and are difficult to follow when errors appear. These - OTB Plugin installation - AWF-Wiki - are better, just because instructions like “ignore errors”, even if out of sequence with the steps, are useful.
31 de mar. de 2020 · I’ve been accessing the tools in OTB through mapla.bat In many of the tools there is a tick box for ‘Available RAM (mb)’ with a default value of 256 Can someone explain how to use this? I assume increasing the RAM will increase processing speeds? However if I just leave the box blank does the computer process at the maximum speed anyway?
28 de ago. de 2019 · Would it be possible at cmake-build/package level to generate these kind of code for R ? If this can get to talk with allies already on R (grass, gdal etc…) that is cool. I didn’t looked any detail in to R code. I put this thread to see if there is any interest or idea on R and OTB. This particular answer “looks” nice, so just moved this to forum. Feel free to send your thoughts.
7 de ene. de 2021 · Hello Community, I’m new to OTB and I’m trying to link it with QGIS. I downloaded version 7.2.0 and can run it with no problem. However, when I link it with QGIS, it still looks for the proj.db file even if it set it. I set an environment variable to point to the proj folder containing the proj.db (no success in using the OTB share/proj or QGIS share/proj) it still says: ERROR 1:PROJ: proj ...
9 de abr. de 2021 · Hi all, Config : Windows 10, QGIS 3.16 hannover, I am new to QGIS and Orfeo toolbox but I would like to use OTB to perform LSMS on Google Earth Engine map layer. I installed everything in this fashion. Orfeo Toolbox displays regularly in the Plugin window and otb functions are available in the left side processing toolbox.
17 de ago. de 2022 · I successfully installed OTB 8.0 plugin on my Qgis but after the installation, I noticed that the algorithms aren’t complete. I intend to perform an OBIA(Object Based Image Analysis) on QGIS and that is why I need the OTB plugin some algorithms such as: Segmentation, Aggregate, Trade vector Classifier are missing. I will appreciate if I’m helped with this please. Thank you team.
