The Quarrymen est un groupe de skiffle et de rock 'n' roll formé à Liverpool par John Lennon, pendant l'été 1956, avec plusieurs amis d'école. Les Quarrymen se sont baptisés d'après la Quarry Bank Grammar School, à laquelle Lennon et la plupart des autres membres du groupe étaient inscrits.
