Olive Marie Dehn (29 September 1914 – 21 March 2007) was an English children's writer, anarchist, farmer and poet who was active from the 1930s to the 2000s. She began her writing career with a satirical poem in German, and wrote stories for the BBC Radio programme Children's Hour.

25 de may. de 2012 · Olive Dehn was married to the actor David Markham who was a Conscientious Objector in World War II. He was imprisoned for a period when Dehn was a very young mother of three, and so it is possible to see this story of domestic routine as a retort to the disruptions and difficulties the pair faced. It is also explicitly feminist in its stance.
