Norbert “Nobby” Peter Stiles (Collyhurst, Mánchester, 18 de mayo de 1942-30 de octubre de 2020) [1] [2] fue un futbolista inglés nacido en Collyhurst, Mánchester. Stiles jugó con la selección nacional de Inglaterra durante cinco años, consiguiendo 28 internacionalidades y anotando un gol.
Norbert Peter Stiles MBE (18 May 1942 – 30 October 2020) was an English footballer and manager. He played for England for five years, winning 28 caps and scoring one goal. He played every minute of England's victorious 1966 FIFA World Cup campaign.

21 de dic. de 2020 · The ex-Manchester United and England midfielder died in October aged 78 with a diagnosis of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a form of dementia caused by repeated blows to the head. His son John, also a former footballer, said he had "no doubt" that heading balls was the cause of his father's death. Football authorities are discussing whether to restrict heading in the adult game.
