Nicky Henson (né Nicholas Victor Leslie Henson; 12 May 1945 – 15 December 2019) [1] was a British actor. Early life. Nicholas Victor Leslie Henson was born in London, the son of Harriet Martha (née Collins) and comedian Leslie Henson, [2] a few days after VE Day, hence the middle name Victor. [3] .
Nicky Henson was a British actor who played various roles in stage, screen and television. He was known for his impersonations of classic literary characters, his roles in cult horror and exploitation films, and his roles in popular shows such as EastEnders, Downton Abbey and No. 1 of the Secret Service. He died of cancer in 2019 at the age of 74.
