The Pre-Prep (Reception to Year 2) forms the foundation of The New Beacon in all senses. Our ethos is that of a family, which needs each individual to function properly - our teachers are committed to providing a firm base on which to build not only academic skills, but the ability to socialise, share and laugh and that the boys understand that they play a central role too.

Tonbridge School is approximately seven miles from Sevenoaks and is one of the UK’s leading independent schools for boys aged 13 to 18. It currently has 800 pupils, a blend of boarders (60%) and day pupils (40%).

Flexi-Boarding. The Boarding House at The New Beacon is a happy and respectful community of eighteen boys a night, boarding part time from Monday to Friday.
