Nathaniel Lofthouse OBE (27 August 1925 – 15 January 2011) was an English professional footballer who played as a forward for Bolton Wanderers for his entire career. He won 33 caps for England between 1950 and 1958, scoring 30 goals, with one of the highest goals-per-game ratios of any England player.

Nat Lofthouse was a one-club man who played over 400 games for Bolton Wanderers and scored 285 goals in the 1940s and 1950s. He was known as the 'Lion of Vienna' for his performance in the 1958 FA Cup Final, where he scored both goals in a 2-1 win over Austria. He also played for England 33 times and won the Footballer of the Year award in 1958.
