Nadine Gordimer. (Springs, 1923 - Johannesburgo, 2014) Narradora y ensayista sudafricana en lengua inglesa; fue la primera mujer africana que recibió el premio Nobel de Literatura (1991). Era hija de padres judíos, sionistas ambos, de origen ruso el padre e inglés la madre.
