“Music From The Body” was the soundtrack for an independent film/documentary by Roy Battersby called “The Body,” a collaborative effort between the experimental multi-instrumentalist Ron Geesin and Pink Floyd bassist/vocalist Roger Waters recorded prior to Geesin’s involvement with Pink Floyd on “Atom Heart Mother.”
"Music from The Body" is basically a soundtrack for a film version of Anthony Smith's book "The Body", written in 1968. Actually the whole soundtrack was re-recorded for a vinyl release because Ron wanted to make it sound better than it originaly did. This is probably more of a Ron Geesin album than Roger Waters solo attempt.
