At last his experiment doesn't shatter the test tubes. The movie is a surrealist dreamscape in the form of a Hollywood film noir, and the less sense it makes, the more we can't stop watching it.

Il raconte l’histoire de Betty Elms ( Naomi Watts ), aspirante actrice fraîchement arrivée à Los Angeles , qui se lie d’amitié avec une femme amnésique ( Laura Harring ) rescapée d’un accident grâce auquel elle a échappé à un meurtre.
