Just finishing up our first watch and now on Mr. Monk's last case but maaaaaan. Everyone got so old. I know it's to be expected and there was a very long gap between season 8 ending and the movie being made but it's so jarring when we jumped right from season 8 to the movie. Spoiler Mr Monk is checked under a false name of Dale Butterworth by Dr Scott. But when Natalie goes to the hospital and inquires at the reception, she asks where is "Adrian Monk" and the receptionist gives the correct room number. Wouldn't he be admitted under the false name and not real name, if the name on chart is false?
