It asks you to choose between three doors with a car or a goat behind each one, and whether to switch or not after Monty reveals a door with a goat. The solution is that switching will let you win twice as often as sticking with the original choice.

The Monty Hall problem only cares about which door YOU pick, because once you pick a door, Monty is a machine. His action is already determined. 1/3 of the time, he’ll pick a random door and you lose by switching, and 2/3 of the time, he’ll pick the other wrong door and you’ll win by switching.
Does this make sense? In the Monty Hall problem, the host is supposed to be forbidden from opening the contestants door in the first round of the game. Otherwise, switching doesn't make sense.
