John Graham "Mitch" Mitchell (9 July 1946 – 12 November 2008) [1] [2] was an English drummer and child actor, who was best known for his work in the Jimi Hendrix Experience for which he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992. [3] He was inducted into the Modern Drummer Hall of Fame in 2009. [4]

12 de nov. de 2008 · The last surviving original member of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Mitch Mitchell was found dead in a Portland, Oregon hotel at the age of 62. He played on all three Experience albums and legendary performances with the guitar great. He also performed with John Lennon, Eric Clapton and other rock legends.
