Jessi released her 5th album MIRRIAM (often misspelled as MIRIAM) on January 1st, 1977. It was not particularly well received by critics or fans at the time. Unlike her three previous releases, MIRRIAM failed to crack the Top Ten for Billboard's Country albums chart and peaked at #29.
