This style of rock is not my favorite, but I do like Night Ranger more than some of the others. In fact, I seem to remember them being on a tv talk show and liking them. Sister Christian is obviously the big hit on this album. The rest of it is fine.

While NIGHT RANGER ‘s second album “ Midnight Madness ” already sounds great on vinyl and there has been fine CD reissues, now Rock Candy Records has released their own remastered & reloaded version. And let me tell that this job – handled by capable Jon Astley – really convinced us with its brilliant, defined sonic output.
Night Ranger is an American hard rock band from San Francisco, California.The band, which had its inception in 1979, experienced a surge of popularity during the 1980s with the release of several successful albums and hit singles. Guitarist Brad Gillis and drummer Kelly Keagy have been the band's only constant members, though bassist Jack Blades performed on all but one of their albums.
