4 de jul. de 2019 · That’s how Paul Bakija of Reagan Youth remembers meeting Jesse Malin and Michael Wildwood of glam punk quintet D Generation in the early 1990s. The members of D Generation were referencing Reagan Youth’s “Degeneration,” a song Bakija co-wrote years earlier as guitarist for the pioneering hardcore punk group.
Drummer Michael Wildwood's writing credits on "Lonely" and "Cornered" are listed under his actual name of "Michael Reich." D Generation broke up a month after its release; the band eventually regrouped to record a new album, Nothing Is Anywhere, which was released 17 years later, in 2016.
