Request: Michael Moorcock reading order recommendations ... Moorcock himself has admitted that he wrote each one of these books in three days for a cash-grab, and it shows in many ways. The writing is extremely rushed, the charcters are paper-thin, and there are a shitload of ideas that aren't really explored.

Hace 5 días · The last time I visited the Bodleian, they had an exhibition of Tolkien’s works and drafts. This time, the exhibition was smaller but featured several authors including Raymond Chandler, Kenneth Grahame, Michael Moorcock, Tolkien (all of whom I read in my youth) and the Shelleys and John le Carre.. The exhibition premise was to show visitors how much work goes into drafts and edits.
