In materials science, fatigue is the initiation and propagation of cracks in a material due to cyclic loading. Once a fatigue crack has initiated, it grows a small amount with each loading cycle, typically producing striations on some parts of the fracture surface.

Metal Fatigue (also known as Metal Conflict [1] ), is a futuristic science fiction, real-time strategy computer game developed by Zono [2] [3] and published by Psygnosis (in Europe) and TalonSoft (in the United States). [4] The game was re-released on June 21, 2018 on GOG.com and Steam by Nightdive Studios, who had acquired the rights to the game.
