Meredith Jane Monk (New York, 20 november 1942) is een Amerikaanse componiste, pianiste en zangeres. Daarnaast is ze ook regisseur en choreograaf.Ze componeert vooral voor haar eigen stem en ensemble waarmee ze sinds de jaren zestig de wereld rondtrekt.
