10 de dic. de 2019 · 1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix Meatloaf ingredients well. Press mixture in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes. 2. Remove from oven. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over top. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F.

Form a 8"x4" loaf on the prepared baking pan and bake for 40 minutes. While the meatloaf is cooking, combine the chili sauce and ketchup (and brown sugar if using).
Herkunft, Leben und Familie Meat Loaf (1971) Marvin Lee Aday wurde 1947 in Dallas als Sohn eines Polizisten und einer Lehrerin geboren. Seine Mutter sang in einem örtlichen Gospel-Quartett namens Vodiodo. Er selbst hörte die Songs von Bob Dylan, den Rolling Stones, dem Kingston Trio und Mahalia Jackson.Zu seinem alkoholkranken und gewalttätigen Vater hatte er ein problematisches Verhältnis.

Přezdívku Meat Loaf („Sekaná“) dostal už na střední škole. Od svých 20 let žil v Los Angeles, kde vystupoval se skupinou Meat Loaf Soul (později Popcorn Blizzard). Tamtéž v r. 1970 začíná zpívat v představení muzikálu Hair. Krátce pak působí v duu se zpěvačkou Stoney.
