Matthias Jabs (d. 25 Ekim 1955), Alman gitarist ve şarkı yazarı. Hard rock grubu Scorpions'ın üyesi. Scorpions'da çalmadan önce Lady, Fargo and Deadlock gruplarında çaldı. Jabs, Scorpions'a Ulrich Roth'tan sonra 1978'de girdi. Grup Japs'la ilk albüm kaydını Lovedrive albümü ile yaptı.
