Solo guitarist and the “youngest on duty” member of DATOG is Mathias Dieth. Mathias was born in 1964 in Ulm / Donau and took piano lessons for a few years as a young boy. At the age of 11 he discovered The Sweet and bought his first Sweet album “Strung Up” with his pocket money.

With U.D.O., he released four albums: “Animal House” (1988), “Mean Machine” (1989), “Faceless World” (1990), and “Timebomb” (1991).
