Masahiko Tsugawa (津川 雅彦, Tsugawa Masahiko), nacido como Masahiko Katō (加藤 雅彦Katō Masahiko; 2 de enero de 1940 - 4 de agosto de 2018) fue un actor y director japonés.. Tsugawa nació el 2 de enero de 1940 en Kioto, Japón. Después de actuar de niño, hizo su gran debut a la edad de 16 años en la película Crazed Fruit de Kō Nakahira en 1956.

I consider him to be a leading cineaste of the Showa and Heisei periods (1926 to 1989 and 1989 to the present, respectively). In particular, Mr. Tsugawa had a stately bearing and a tremendous on-screen presence, in his role as Tokugawa Ieyasu in a Taiga drama (Japanese period drama).
