Jared was really good as a more stoic and calm, cool, and sinister version of Lucifer but Pellegrino takes the cake as far as portraying the more childish, sarcastic, and humorous side of him. The scene of him fighting Sam, Dean, and Cas in the cage in 11x10 while he's dancing to Heaven Must Be Missing an Angel playing in the background always cracks me up.
