Mark Gino Francois (/ f r ɑː n ˈ s w ɑː /; born 14 August 1965) is a British politician. A member of the Conservative Party, he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Rayleigh and Wickford, since the 2001 general election.

18 de sept. de 2019 · The Tory MP for Rayleigh and Wickford was spotted in a pub wearing a black stab-proof vest with "Police" on it, after he was accompanied by officers from his local force. Essex Police confirmed that he was not a police officer and said it was a mix-up on their part. He said he was out doing an evening patrol with the local police.
