Marc Goldschmit, né à Bordeaux en 1967 [1], [2], est un philosophe français. Il est Directeur de programme au Collège international de philosophie pour la période 2019-2025, et a été Président de son assemblée collégiale pendant la période 2019-2021 et Directeur de la composante « Collège international de philosophie » composante de la COMUE Université Paris Lumières (UPL) [ 3 ] .

Marc Goldschmitz left the band in 2004. Currently living in Berlin, he now plays guitar in the band Leash. In 2011, Londonbeat were featured on two tracks on The Crossing (Expansion Records) by Brazilian pianist Eumir Deodato, the title track (with guest percussionist Paco Sery) and "No Getting Over You".

The group is composed of Jimmy Helms, Jimmy Chambers and Charles Pierre, all of whom come from different backgrounds, one member being American and the other from Trinidad. Over time, Londonbeat has had several former members, including William Henshall, George Chandler, Marc Goldschmitz and Myles Kayne.
