Luciano Berio si è spento a Roma il 27 maggio del 2003. Nella sua ultima opera, Stanze (2003, per baritono, tre cori maschili e orchestra, su testi di Celan, Caproni, Sanguineti, Brendel e Pagis) l’autore dà voce a un’ultima intima sintesi della propria poetica.

Luciano Berio, 1925 m. spalio 24 d. – 2003 m. gegužės 27 d.) – italų kompozitorius. Jis yra žinomas dėl savo eksperimentinio darbo (ypač dėl 1968 m. sukurtos kompozicijos Sinfonia ir jo serijos virtuozinių solinių kūrinių pavadinimu „Sequenza“), taip pat už novatorišką darbą elektroninėje muzikoje.
Luciano Berio (* 24. október 1925, Oneglia, Taliansko – † 27. máj 2003, Rím) bol taliansky hudobný skladateľ. S K. Stockhausenom , P. Boulezom a mnohými ďalšími patril ku generácii povojnovej hudobnej moderny.
