"All the Way from Memphis" is a single released by Mott the Hoople as the lead track from the album Mott in 1973. The song tells a story about a rock and roller whose guitar is shipped to Oriole, Kentucky, instead of Memphis, Tennessee. The track peaked at No. 10 in the UK Singles Chart.

The title is naff (Mott came from Hereford, not London), half the tracks are from the All the Young Dudes album, and once again we have the album version of Roll Away The Stone. There are no rarities, B-sides or any live material. There are no sleeve-notes, not even a discography.
