Lo Kong Wai ( Chinese: 羅港威; Jyutping: lo4 gong2 wai1; born 19 June 1992) is a Hong Kong professional footballer who currently plays as a winger for Hong Kong Premier League club North District . Club career. He joined Hong Kong Third Division club Sham Shui Po when he was young.
Lo Wai was the first of the five wai — walled villages — built by the Tang clan in the early 14th century to protect themselves against piracy and clan wars. Much of the original walls and internal layout still exist here, with a gateway and an entrance tower which protect the central ancestral hall and dwellings.

Passing Lo Wai, Hong Kong’s modern era begins to intrude on the ancient idyll. Clusters of new three-storey houses built by local villagers have sprouted outside the old stone walls. As you exit to Sha Tau Kok Road, in the distance you can see not only mountains, but high-rise luxury residential towers.
