Donovan formed DONOVAN PLANT & THE LEAFS in 2018, a group that includes drummer Lliam Hart (Information Society/Wire Train), bassist Mike Henry (Minus One) and lead guitarist Michael Ruy (Small Change Romeos). Lliam, Mike, and Michael have been playing live and recording together for years.

Lliam Hart. Patrick Miller. Formed by Patrick Miller in San Francisco in 1979, Minimal Man cut two albums of dark industrial punk rock (“The Shroud Of” and “Safari”) before Miller relocated to Europe in 1985, where he continued as a prolific creator of music and visual art, and as a collaborator with Tuxedomoon.
Liam is a folk singer and an Irish traditional musician based in Vermont. His first love is sean-nós singing, but he can also be found playing Irish dance music on the flute or delivering ballads from all over the English-speaking world from behind his guitar.

In 2017 Donovan formed “The Leafs”, a group that includes drummer Lliam Hart (Information Society/Wire Train), bassist Mike Henry (Minus One) and lead guitarist Jason Rojek (Sugar Crash). The Leafs are currently recording their debut EP, “Grow” with San Francisco artist/producer Trent Berry at historic Hyde Street Studios (Dreamrack).
Today, the group now includes the blistering drum talents of Lliam Hart (Wire Train, American Music Club, Information Society, etc.) and rock solid bass of Andrew Stess (Buddhakowski and sessions). Together, ing has grown its reputation as a formidable rock entity.
