A new companion to The Beatles’ first BBC collection, On Air – Live at the BBC Volume 2, will be released Monday, November 11 in 2CD and 180-gram vinyl packages with a 48-page booklet.
The Beatles began their long-running relationship with the BBC in 1962, after passing an audition to earn a spot on Teenagers Turn—Here We Go. The string of sessions recorded during the three years that followed—dozens of live-in-the-studio appearances that included performances of early hits, rarities and a variety of covers—is compiled on this double-length collection.
