I recently purchased the PROMO USE ONLY version of Roger Waters 1987 album ‘Radio KAOS’ and it states on the front that there is ‘music only - not voices’. However, upon playing it, it definitely does contain voices throughout and seems to sound exactly the same as a regular copy of the album, except a much earlier promo version.
