This album is unfairly underrated, even by Roger Waters himself. The history of the tracks is really cool and the lyrics are still relevant and current. Even the arrangements, which at times sound a little dated, remain interesting. I hope the artist revisits this album and values it again in his live performances.

Backed by The Bleeding Heart Band who he d worked alongside since When the Wind Blows - the shows boasted live projections, quadraphonic sound, circular screens and even a telephone box that would allow audience members to direct questions to Waters himself.

After 1992, Waters didn't devote himself to writing new rock music, preferring to stage live revivals of Dark Side Of The Moon and The Wall as he composed classical pieces and worked as an activist.
