The default location is C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail. Delete everything in this folder. Open Live Mail and import your accounts back in. Check for mail and enter your passwords.

4 de ago. de 2015 · When she came home, I sat down with her to show her the new eM program. I opened up W10, and started to scroll down the Start Menu. Lo and behold, all the way at the bottom, was Windows Live Mail. Huh. Click. It opened up...with all her contacts intact. I'd never scrolled past all the Start Menu crap down to the bottom. The "movie" and other fluff.
