Lisa Sarjeant-Gonzales is a textile designer for over 30 years. Discovering her love for fabric and color led her to create a technique of hand dying which allows her to paint on her fabrics giving a unique blend of color with a distinct pattern.
A textile designer for over 20 years Lisa is inspired by the bright tropical colors that surround her as she in fact lives on the Caribbean island Trinidad and Tobago. These hand-dyed silks are transformed into kaftans, dresses, wraps, beach cover-ups, shawls, scarves, lengths of fabrics, and custom pieces under her designer label Lisa Faye.
