Linus the Lionhearted is an American Saturday morning animated television series that aired on CBS from September 26, 1964 to December 11, 1965, originally airing in black and white. Color versions of the episodes started airing on ABC in 1966, and continued in reruns until September 7, 1969.

Linus the Lionhearted is a TV series featuring four animated shorts with different characters and stories, such as Linus, Sugar Bear, Lovable Truly and So Hi. The series was produced by General Foods Post cereals and aired on various networks from 1964 to 1969.

Linus the Lionhearted is an American animated television series featuring a main character of the same name. The character was created in 1959 by the Ed Graham advertising agency, originally as a series of ads for General Foods' Post Cereals.
Created in 1959 to promote Post Cereals' short-lived Heart of Oats, Linus (voiced by Sheldon Leonard) originally used the Roger Rabbit Effect to showcase his cereal to human actors. However, he did not hit his stride for another four years, at which point he was reassigned to Crispy Critters.
